The Corporate & Financial Awards has been rewarding best practice in cross-sector City communications for over a decade and now enters its twelfth year. Over this time, the challenges corporate communications faces have only persisted as the sector has evolved. For communicators and those that influence the City, the awards offer recognition of quality across corporate communications.

The evening’s awards ceremony captured the diverse community of professionals representing corporate communications. Taking place at the Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel, the event opened with a recognition of the City’s digital presence in categories such as ‘Best corporate website’ in both FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 classifications.

Adjudicated by an esteemed panel of over 20 judges, this year’s awards emphasised the multifaceted approach of each winning project. Chester Zoo and Denfield scooped up Gold awards for 'Best printed report - Unlisted' and 'Best cover' for a striking design that would compliment any coffee table and celebrated the zoo's opening following the pandemic.

The prestigious award for ‘Best annual report of the year’ went to Breedon Group plc and Friend Studio for a high-quality and expressive design.
